The Summer Village of Ghost Lake sits on the north shore of the Ghost Lake reservoir, off Highway 1A about 23 kilometres west of Cochrane. It is mostly seasonal: at the 2021 census, only 40 of its 91 dwellings were occupied by year round residents.

Yes. A panel inspection checks the breakers, connections and grounding, and looks at whether the existing service can carry year round heating and appliances. You get a plain explanation of what was found and, if an upgrade is needed, a clear quote from Daniel before any work starts.
No. Ghost Lake is about 23 kilometres west of Cochrane along Highway 1A, and Daniel is based in Cochrane, so the summer village is well within his regular working area. Call 587-355-2843 to describe the job, and he will tell you straight when he can get there.
Yes. Exterior fixtures, deck and pathway lighting, and outdoor receptacles are installed on properly protected circuits, with weatherproof boxes and covers where they are needed. One customer's recurring tripping turned out to be a short on exterior lights, which is why outdoor wiring is worth doing carefully.
