Yes. Basement development electrical covers circuits, lighting, receptacles and any sub panel the space needs. One of Daniel's customers had their basement signed off by the Safety Codes inspector with a note of excellent workmanship. Planning the layout early makes future additions easier.
Yes. Pot lights can be added to finished ceilings, laid out as an even grid or along the areas you actually use, like counters and seating, with the switching and dimmers planned before anything is cut. Pendants, under cabinet LEDs and fixture swaps are regular lighting work too.
Yes. A hot tub needs a dedicated, properly sized circuit with the correct disconnect, and the panel and service are checked first to make sure there is capacity for it. The work is done to the Canadian Electrical Code and Alberta requirements, with a permit and inspection where required.
